5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns. Pico Sticks is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

7. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 days of receipt. We may request photographs or other evidence to assess the damage or defect. If confirmed, we will provide a replacement item or issue a refund, along with return shipping instructions.
